Hi! I’m Kassie, a Registered Dietitian, Intuitive Eating Counselor, and mom of two. I work with women on perinatal nourishment & body image, so that you are best equipped to navigate a healthy motherhood. 

A Different Approach

Unlike conventional approaches to pregnancy nutrition that may feel rigid and rule-driven, my method is all about embracing the intuitive connection between you and your body. I understand that each pregnancy is unique, and my approach goes beyond prescriptive guidelines. I foster a supportive environment that encourages expectant moms to tap into their innate wisdom, making informed choices that align with their bodies’ signals. By seamlessly integrating intuitive eating principles into pregnancy nutrition, you’ll be empowered to forge a deeply personalized and enjoyable path to wellness, ensuring a balanced and nourishing experience throughout your incredible journey to motherhood.
The realm of women’s health often swings between a pendulum of extremes when it comes to nutrition and health. On one side there are restrictive, weight focused, quick-fix diets that leave you hungry and unsatisfied. These are unsustainable, and often fail in the long run, leaving you feeling worse than ever. The other extreme happens when the body’s natural signals are ignored and health and nutrition are completely disregarded.
In my experience, neither solution is successful or sustainable. The program I have created meets you in the middle: I work with you to move away from dieting and restriction altogether, while honoring the changes your body is uniquely experiencing. I also help you to work through negative body image, but nourishment comes from a place of body appreciation. When you respect your body & want to nourish your baby, you’ll actually want to eat things that make you feel good and satisfied.
